Complaints / Content Removal Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
Dark Glenn provides this Complaints / Content Removal Policy for performers, rights holders, depicted persons, and other concerned parties who need to report content for review or request removal of specific content.
What May Be Reported
You may report content that you believe is illegal, infringes your rights, depicts or promotes non-consensual activity, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, underage sexual content, or otherwise violates applicable law, CCBill standards, card-brand standards, or Dark Glenn content standards.
How to Submit a Complaint or Removal Request
Email legal@darkglenn.com with the subject line “Content Removal Request” or “Complaint.” You may also submit a CCBill complaints/take down request through CCBill’s complaint form.
Please include your name, contact information, the URL or title of the content at issue, your relationship to the content, the reason for the complaint or requested action, and any supporting information that will help us review the report.
Review Timeline
All reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within five business days after receipt, unless a shorter legal deadline applies or additional time is required by law enforcement, a court, or another legally binding process.
Review Process
Dark Glenn logs each complaint, reviews the reported content, evaluates available ownership, rights, consent, age, identity, and compliance records where applicable, and may request additional information from the reporting party or relevant content provider. High-risk reports may result in temporary removal or restriction while the review is pending.
Potential Outcomes
Depending on the results of the review, possible outcomes include no action, requesting more information, correcting metadata or page copy, restricting access, temporary disabling, permanent removal, refusal or termination of a content provider relationship, escalation to payment processor or card-brand compliance channels, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal by replying to the decision email or emailing legal@darkglenn.com with the subject line “Appeal.” Please include the original complaint details, the decision being appealed, and any new or clarifying information. Appeals will be reviewed in good faith and resolved promptly.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
